1960’s Mid Century Modern Saarinen Knoll Executive Armchair

Vintage original Midcentury Modern executive arm chair for sale. Designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in the 1950’s. This one was manufactured in the 1960’s, and has been professionally reupholstered in Knoll’s Plaidtastic in Snazzy. It has the discontinued stainless steel bases, and has a fiberglass interior shell. It’s really solid and well made, and is a design classic. It would make a wonderful side chair, desk chair, office chair, corner chair, or accent chair. The Knoll fabric costs $72 a yard, and is durable and made here in the US. It’s teal with hints and variations of orange, yellow, red, blue, green, and black. It’s a striking combination with the stainless steel, and couples nicely with the 50’s frame. The measurements are 31″ tall x 17″ seat height x 26″ wide x 24 1/2″ deep
