1950’s Midcentury Modern Striped Velvet Side Chair

Vintage 1950’s Mid century Modern dining chair for sale. Really well made and solidly constructed, and has a wonderful design to it. It’s made of solid mahogany with solid brass caps on the tapered legs, and has a handle on the backrest built into the frame. It was previously reupholstered in the 1970’s in a striped velvet. The velvet is vintage and shows some vintage wear as shown. The mahogany is in great condition. The striped velvet is variations of green, brown, and gold. This chair would also make a wonderful side chair, accent chair, or desk chair. The seat has springs built into it. The measurements are 31 1/2″ tall x 19″ wide x 21 1/2″ deep x 19 1/2″ seat height.
